Shipping policy

We ship to the European Union, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland. During checkout, the available shipping options will be displayed based on your location. For France and Monaco, express deliveries are handled by Chrono Express, while standard shipping to other countries is managed by Chronopost or DPD.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders above €100. For France and Monaco, complimentary express shipping is also available for orders over €100. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are shipped promptly by our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for France and up to 2 weeks for international destinations, depending on the region.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. During checkout, you can enter a delivery address different from your billing address if needed. Please note that, due to customs restrictions, shipping to certain locations may not be possible. If we don’t currently ship to your region, visit our Stockists section to find local retail points where our products are available.
